Terms of service

These Terms govern access to the Zonipay platform provided by ZONIPAY LLC, a Delaware-formed limited liability company registered as a money services business with FinCEN, with mailing address at 54 State Street, Ste 804 #16565, Albany, New York 12207, United States (EIN 98-1919082).

1. Acceptance

By creating a Zonipay account, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization and accept these Terms together with the Merchant Services Agreement signed during onboarding.

2. Service

Zonipay provides hosted checkout, payment processing, vault tokenization, payouts and reconciliation, subject to the limits stated in your pricing schedule.

3. Fees

Fees are detailed in the Plans page (/plans) and your Order Form. Disputes lost: € 12 retained. Refunds returned: € 0,05.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. ZONIPAY may suspend immediately for AML/fraud reasons.

5. Liability

Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.

6. Governing law

Laws of the State of New York. Jurisdiction: state and federal courts located in Albany County, New York.
